This policy explains what personal information Vykris Technologies ("Vykris", "we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Our product TalkSensy has its own privacy policy at talksensy.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us: your name, work email, company, the service you're interested in and your message when you use our contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp.
- Basic usage data: if analytics is enabled, anonymous page-view statistics (pages visited, referrer, device type and country). We do not use advertising cookies or build profiles of visitors.
- Vyk, our website assistant: Vyk is a scripted guide that runs entirely in your browser. What you click in the Vyk chat is not sent to us or stored.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
- To send you a proposal, assessment report or other information you asked for.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run this website and answer you: our website host, our email provider, the form-delivery service that forwards contact-form messages to our inbox, and WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to contact us there. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask to access, correct or erase the personal information we hold about you, and withdraw any consent you have given. Email connect@vykris.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to the people at Vykris who need it to respond.
